Tech Rakshak SmartCampus ERP Refund Guidelines

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1General Policy

Tech Rakshak SmartCampus ERP provides digital SaaS solutions for institute management. Due to the immediate access to the platform and digital resources upon subscription, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.

However, we evaluate all refund requests fairly on a case-by-case basis.

2Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund: Within 7 days of payment if no login has been made and no features accessed.
  • Technical Issues: If the platform is inaccessible due to our technical fault for more than 72 hours.
  • Service Cancellation: If we discontinue a particular plan or service.

3Non-Refundable Cases

  • After logging into the dashboard or accessing any module
  • After 7 days from the date of purchase
  • Change of mind after successful activation
  • Partial usage of the software
  • Violation of terms of service

4Refund Process

  1. Send your refund request to support@techrakshak.com with your registered email and transaction ID.
  2. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
  3. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  4. You will receive confirmation via email once processed.
