Once a student has successfully enrolled in a course or test series, fees paid are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a specific program brochure.
If a student wishes to cancel their admission before the official start date of the batch, a refund may be issued after deducting a processing fee of 10-15%. Please submit a formal application to the center head.
In the event of double deduction due to technical server errors or payment gateway timeouts, the extra amount will be refunded directly to the original source account within 5-7 business days.
